Shipping policy

All of our hemp products are handled with the best care. We stock and fulfil everything ourselves, nothing is shipped and fulfilled by a third party.

During periods of strikes, orders can be severely delayed. We ask that you allow up to 15 working days for your order to be delivered after a period of strike. 

Orders are only dispatched on working days, if you place an order for next day delivery on Saturday or Sunday, it will not be dispatched until Monday.

Packaging:

We use discreet packaging for all of our products. They come in smell proof mylar bags within a nondescript brown envelope or box.

1.1 We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries.

1.2 For Standard delivery (£2.99) which is Royal Mail First Class Signed for, your order should arrive within 4 working days 

1.3 We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (£9.99), your order should arrive within 1 working day if you order before 11am

1.4 We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched orders delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

1.5 If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery timeframe  please contact our Customer Services team at hey@thedoob.com, we would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 15 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.

1.6 We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.

1.7 If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.

1.8 If your order is left in your safe space and it goes missing we are not liable to replace or refund you order.

1.9 If the courier you have chosen has attempted to make a delivery and you were not present to accept the delivery we are not liable to replace or refund your order.

2.0 If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of despatch, please contact our Customer Services at hey@thedoob, we would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 15 days of placing your order.  If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.

2.1 We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge unless the order is shown as delivered by the couriers tracking.

2.2 If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
